Step 1: I suggest you to run Playing Audio troubleshooter.

Find and fix the problem with playing audio.

  2. Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  3. Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
  4. Select Playing Audio troubleshooting.
  5. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
