So I've been trying to wait till it was the proper week for the sticky to post the thread (that's why they've been a little late), but making it April 12th seems a bit late in the month, so I'll decided to post it now and sticky it then. In any case, let's get started. Also I know in my original list I had X-2 for April, but the PS4 release of the HD remaster is next month so I figure we'd do X-2 in June to give people a chance to get the game and to keep the VII spin offs together.

With that said, let's talk about Crisis Core. A PSP exclusive (at least for now, maybe it'll show up on the PSN at some point), Crisis Core is a prequel to the beloved FFVII following the adventures of Zack Fair as he climbs through the ranks of SOLDIER and meets and befriends some of the major players of the original Final Fantasy VII. It is, in my opinion anyway, the best story out of the expanded VII universe. Gameplay is a hybrid of action and turn based, but feels more like action. There's also the slot machine DMW mechanic which can be used for various effects in battle by spending an MP equivalent (SOLDIER points, SP).
